Commercial Redistribution License
The TrueSpec Consumer Agreement covers display of Content on Your Properties for your own legitimate business use. Embedding TrueSpec Content into a product or service you sell or provide to others — an ERP, e-commerce platform, catalog product, or other commercial offering — requires a separate written Commercial Redistribution License.
This is a negotiated B2B agreement, not click-through terms. We work with each partner to set service levels, fees, and a usage scope that fits the relationship.
If you're considering this, get in touch:

Include a short note about the offering you're building, the volume of Content you expect to incorporate, and the Publishers (or brand categories) you need authorization for. We'll respond within a few business days.
What the license covers
The Commercial Redistribution License extends only to Authorized Content — Content from Publishers who have opted in to commercial redistribution through the Platform. TrueSpec cannot grant rights in Content whose Publisher has not authorized commercial redistribution. If a Publisher withdraws that authorization, the license to that Publisher's Content ends.
What it doesn't cover
The Commercial Redistribution License does not authorize:
- creating or offering a standalone data product, catalog, or API whose primary value is the Content itself (i.e. competing with TrueSpec);
- sublicensing, reselling, or syndicating raw Content;
- misrepresenting the source or authority of Content;
- training machine-learning models on the Content (unless expressly agreed in writing).
For Publishers
If you're a Publisher and want your Content reachable through commercial embedders (ERPs, e-commerce platforms), you can opt in from the publisher portal. We frame it as a benefit — broader reach into ERPs and platforms — not a rights grab; you retain the ability to withdraw at any time.
